Guardian ad Litem Foundation Second Circuit, Inc. (GALF2) seeks to raise funds to provide for the needs of the abused, neglected and abandoned children in Florida's Second Circuit counties of
Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty, and Wakulla.
To meet the needs of all children in Florida's Second Judicial Circuit who are victims of abuse, neglect, or abandonment.
The GALF2 (previously known as Child Advocates II, Inc.) was established in 1988 to support the children served by the Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Office in Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty and Wakulla counties. This 100% volunteer organization achieves its mission using special events, in-kind donations, and partnerships with individuals, organizations, and the business community to obtain monies and services for children in the six-county area whose needs cannot be met through other resources. The money raised by GALF2 helps to provide children served by the Guardian ad Litem Second Circuit Office with such items as clothing, personal hygiene products, school supplies, food, medical and dental services. Funds are also raised to support the training of Guardian ad Litem volunteers who have a direct impact on the lives of the children in the program.
